In an abstract frame of mind

But I got lucky. When I stepped outside for my walk late this morning, I caught a patch of blue sky between the dark, gray clouds, and a few rays of sunshine streamed down for a minute or two.

The pond was barely visible from up at the house. While the rest of the folks in the house were just beginning to stir, I went outside to see what kind of treasures the fog and dew had helped to create.
