The snow is flying on this cold Sunday in March, and I’m just settling back in at home after spending the weekend with my granddaughters and their parents. It was lovely, and one of my favorite ways to spend a weekend.

Imitating Mother Nature

I delighted in the idea that Christmas decorations are a way of imitating Mother Nature’s glitz and glam. You might think I was the first person to think of this idea. Spectral morning

When I walked around the pond and into the woods this morning, I, too, vanished into the mist, wandering in a world that was familiarly unfamiliar.

The house-sitter should be all settled in, ready to enjoy a few days by the pond and with the kitties. She’s going to have some nice weather. It should be nice back east too.

I enjoyed spending time with my family, and we managed to get a few things accomplished while we were at it. The boats have been put away until next year. A large shelf was moved. And the shed was fixed.
