and a flowing sweetness. The waters were illusion.

The snow and ice are melting here in the Bogs. Everything is becoming mushy and slushy as winter thaws and liquifies.
But even in the mud and slush, there is beauty to be found.
I’ll have to keep this short as it’s a busy, busy day. Thank you so much for stopping by on this slushy January day. Please join me tomorrow when I’ll be doing a book review and giveaway for TLC Book Tours.
Be good, be kind, be loving, just Be. 🙂
I love the snow waves!
Thanks, Colleen. 🙂
So beautiful!
Thank you, Adela. 🙂
Your “tagline/header” lake shot does look sharply cold.
(as contrasted to warm Izzy! Beautiful colored creature!)
Really like the pix just above and below Izzy.
Nice once again.
Thank you, PhilosopherMouse. Izzy passes on her thanks, too. She loves praise. 🙂
Beautiful!! Love the header!
Thank you, Amy. 🙂
I’m sure there will be a lot more snow before winter is over. We’ve just begun. Beautiful pictures.
Thank you, Susan. 🙂 I hope so. Last winter we didn’t get much snow at all so it’s been nice to see it again.
But there is beauty in the bogs all year round Robin! It’s lovely to see Izzy today, isn’t it usually Bella who likes to say hello? They are both so beautiful. 🙂
True, Joanne. 🙂 And yes, it usually is Bella who poses for the camera. Izzy is shy so I don’t often get a good photo of her. Bella, on the other hand, is always ready for her close-up. lol!
Yay, Izzy! Looks like she’s smiling!
I think she is, Carla. 🙂
I love the 5th image and definately the 6th image!!
Thank you, Lucy. 🙂
That’s an absolutely gorgeous view of your pond, Robin.
I don’t remember if you ever mentioned this before, but does it ever freeze enough to ice-skate on your pond?
Thank you, Michaela. 🙂 The pond does freeze enough to ice skate. M’s been out there once this winter, but then we had a warm-up.
” . . . as winter thaws and liquifies.” What a great line, Robin. Lovely post.
Thank you, Lynn. 🙂
Hello there Izzy ! 😀
