Eye of newt

Shadows of a thousand years rise again unseen,
Voices whisper in the trees, “Tonight is Halloween!”

~ Dexter Kozen

Happy Halloween!

It’s gray, rainy, and chilly here in the Bogs today.  Good Halloween weather if you’re a ghost or a goblin or a skeleton driving a train.

We don’t get trick-or-treaters out here in the country so any candy I may have bought today is all ours to eat.

Today’s view of the pond

Not much new so I’ll keep this short.  Thank you so much for stopping by to visit.  The candy bowl is right by the front door, on the off, off, off chance a little ghost or goblin rings the bell on this All Hallow’s Eve.  Help yourself to some.  There’s plenty.

Might as well enjoy some more music while we’re waiting.  Have a frightful delightful day, evening, or night… wherever and whenever you are on the spectrum of time.

Love your spooky shots! It is nearly 8pm and we’ve had a total of 3 trick-or-treaters, so I think there will be plenty of candy-eating going on here too.

This may be the first post I recall you using videos and photos. … and that’s ok. Well done my friend … and Happy Halloween!

      Thank you, Frank. 🙂

I used to use videos or at least links to music, but stopped when I started using more photos. It was too much work to do both (sorting and editing photos, plus finding just the right music or video). It was fun pairing music and images again.

  7. I hope you had a wonderful Halloween!! It was pretty much a whirlwind for us yesterday, but very exciting!! 😉

  8. I’m afraid we had no visitors, but Sara made pizza, which was yummy. Happy Halloween–a day late. So happy Day of the Dead–All Hallows.
    Hugs,
    Kathy
