Hanging around

Nothing new here in the Bogs lately. Just hanging out, exercising, and doing the daily chores. M has been getting the attic ready to have new insulation pumped in. Perhaps that will help keep the old homestead a little warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
The snow that was forecast earlier in the week never appeared. It snowed north, south, and east of us, but not a flake to be seen here. Perhaps the woolybear who predicted a mild winter was right. We usually have had at least one decent snowfall by now.
That’s it from the Bogs for now. Exciting stuff, eh?
😉
so it’s the grey mushy days, before winter dons her coat of glorious white?
can’t wait to see your x-country ski shots here soon 🙂
Very gray but not much mush, Kel. As for x-country ski shots, I’m still afraid to take my camera out on those forays. I am, however, hoping that my upcoming birthday will contribute towards a new camera so I can take the old one out on more adventurous trips.
I have snow. Slipped all around in it getting on the train. Messed up that I have it and you don’t.
And worse yet, you have the pastel abstract picture instead of a monster. I should do something about that.
….
Probably not what you had in mind but it goes well with your comment, J. 😀
Sometimes the boring days are the best ones. We got snow here last night, we probably have around 6 inches now, and it’s snowing outside almost exactly like it’s snowing on your blog! So pretty!
I like the Christmas light picture, I’ve always loved going to look at the lights.
Love this! Little tiny cones of color and light…how wonderful!!!

Happy Birthday, Cousin!
I wish you many more!
