A strange one

(008:  Going gray.  Photo © 2009 by Robin)

Another beautiful day here in the Bogs.  Hot, though.  Summertime hot.  Spring always seems to take a long time getting here and then gives way quickly to summer.

Today’s photo, in case you’re wondering, is a bit of my hair under the harsh light of the sun.  It reminded me a little of the morning dew shot I posted the other day.  Not the color, of course, but the lines.

I’ve been spending too much time playing on Blip.fm.  Have you been there yet?  It’s addictive.  Much worse than Twitter, in my opinion.  If I allowed myself to, I could spend the entire day going from song to song.

And on that note (heh), I’m off to make myself useful.

Your hair color looks very similar to mine. I think I have a bit more gray, though, and it is hard to keep it colored. I have natural dark blond hair yet I’ve always kept colored a bit lighter and the red comes out… and now the gray. 🙂

I was born with red hair, Anna, but it turned into a shade of blonde as I got older. Like you, the red comes out when I color it a lighter shade. I can’t seem to do a thing about the gray. It just won’t take color of any kind so I may just give up on coloring it and go with the gray.

Unless it makes me look older than I care to look just yet. 😉
