It’s a dewy morning here in the Bogs. Yesterday’s rain turned into the good soaking that we needed. The grass, the trees, and the flowers all look a little happier today. It’s a very pretty day. Sunny, clear, with a north wind keeping the temperature a little cool for May. The high today will be in the upper 50’s.
After a week of fighting it off — tooth, nail, and vitamin C — I finally succumbed to the cold that M has been suffering from. Ugh. Right now it’s just a sore throat, a cough, and a very hoarse voice. M thinks I sound like Kathleen Turner which is nice because I was thinking my voice is more like Marge’s sisters, Patty and Selma Bouvier. It’s a good thing I quit smoking or I might sound like that all the time.
I’m trying to decide between a nap and making myself useful. I have a strong feeling that the nap will win.

have you ever used it?
Thanks, Kel.
I’ve heard of colloidal silver, but never used it. I’m afraid it might turn me blue. 😉
it turned people blue when it was sold by people that sold snake oil, lol. now, it’s sold by molar solution and there’s little to any chance of your turning blue.
i use it for ear infections. it’s magic.
Kathleen Turner was a maaaaaaaaaaaaajor hottie in Prizzi’s Honor. But, my heart is with the diabolical character played by Angelica Huston 🙂
