Time for another Move 2008 check-in.
Total mileage for the week: 22.30 miles
Total mileage for the year: 102.79 miles
I’m one-tenth of the way towards my yearly goal of 1,000 miles. Yay me!
I did two weight/strength training workouts, and hit the yoga mat for at least 15 minutes each day.
I also lost another pound. That brings me to my first weight-loss goal: To lose 1 stone. 14 lbs. gone, and I’m not letting ’em come back.
Now, if I can just keep moving…
1/10 done! Way to GO! Love the poundage lost too 🙂 Forgot to mention that I think I have shed about 3 of those holiday 5 lbs that I took on.
Congrats on the weight loss – a very difficult thing to accomplish and maintain.
