Turkey Day

No time to post much of anything today. Today is Turkey Day.

I had originally planned to have the turkey yesterday, but we had so much food to eat and as leftovers on Thanksgiving Day that I decided to put off the turkey until today. As it turns out, this worked out better in terms of the turkey being thawed. I usually have to give the turkey a cold water bath at 5:00 on Thanksgiving morning to help the thawing along. It didn’t need a bath this time.

I hope to get back to some regular posting as well as reading and commenting tomorrow. The bulk of the festivities should be over by then.

I hope everyone is enjoying their Thanksgiving weekend.
