Laundry marathon

Last week was one of those weeks where I just couldn’t seem to work up the energy to do all the things that needed to be done. I blame it on jet-lag.
Even when I did get around to doing chores, I felt as though I was spinning my wheels. I can’t blame that on jet-lag. It’s a common enough feeling when it comes to household chores and home care.
In an effort to pull myself out of the household doldrums, I made a grand declaration: I would catch up on the laundry, including the ironing, over the course of two days last week.
