The Sun!!!

The sun made an appearance this afternoon! It was glorious. I even have the pictures to prove it.

However, you’ll have to wait until I get home to see them.

I’m grateful the sun came out on our last day here. It felt good to have that warm light shining down upon us. The sky and water were lovely shades of blue, and the sunset was beautiful. M and I watched the sunset sitting on the beach.

Back to the Bogs tomorrow.

A word about the date: I posted after 8:00pm EST. WordPress changes their “day” at 8:00pm EST. Even though I posted on Friday, the Post Timestamp gave me a Saturday (10th of November) date. I’ll post again in the morning or when we arrive home to keep within the NaBloPoMo rules.

I realize I could have messed with the Post Timestamp, but it’s a little like messing with my photographs. I’m not entirely against it, but I prefer to go with what the camera, or in this case, the Timestamp, gave me.

A word about keeping up with my blog mates:  I’ve been doing my best while we’re here.  I’ll get caught up with everyone once I’m settled in at home.  I hope to take advantage of the Randomizer and do a little traveling through the blogosphere while I’m at it.
